Job Description
Xpedite Diagnostics is one of the most innovative companies in the field of DNA/RNA extraction. At our headquarters in Hallbergmoos in the immediate vicinity of Munich Airport we develop and produce innovative extraction technologies that not only help to accelerate and simplify diagnostic workflows but also open the possibility of carrying out molecular tests in small laboratories and even directly in doctors offices. Xpedite Diagnostics is certified according to ISO 13485 and is a registered IVD manufacturer.We are currently looking for a Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to develop and execute our (e)marketing strategy our product portfolio development and to work hand in hand with the sales team to optimize our presence at conferences and trade shows as well as to create online and offline content. Tasks
Own our product portfolio
- Analyze markets and optimize the positioning of our products. Define our product strengths and weaknesses
- Create sales tools such as product technical presentations application notes etc.
- Train the sales team on our products
Create and execute a marketing strategy for all our communication channels
- Design and publish online content newsletter etc.
- Create stand layouts and brochures for trade shows
- Organize workshops seminars and webinars
Be a link between Sales and R&D
- Join customer visits trade shows etc.
- Be the firstlevel technical support to Sales with your knowhow on our productsSupport Business Development activities with customized product solutions
Requirements
This call is open to applications from experienced professionals and recent graduates alike. We are looking for individuals with the right mindset and a solid technical grasp of our technology!
- You have a PhD or an MSc degree in Chemistry/Biology or a related field.
- You have a very good understanding of molecular techniques such as PCR and LAMP (ideally even handson experience). You have a good understanding of NGS technologies such as Illumina and Nanopore sequencing.
- While being focused on your objective you remain very aware of the big picture and are open to discussions and new ideas.
- You are customeroriented and driven by a strong intrinsic motivation to deliver on your tasks and objectives.
- You are good at networking and meeting new people.
- You may speak a bit of German or other languages but your English is fluent.
- You are selforganized and can combine homeoffice travel and working from the office.
