Job Description
Job Title: CAPPS Business Improvement Analyst
Location: Remote (Austin Region Preferred)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Required Qualifications- Expertise in CAPPS Business Process Design Redesign and Reengineering best practices.
- Proficiency in Business/System/Data Analysis and Improvement.
- Experience in developing various reporting mechanisms.
- Handson experience with ERP/CAPPS Financials/PeopleSoft in Texas.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Indepth knowledge of CAPPS GL Commitment Control Purchasing EProcurement AP Cash Receipts Inventory Assets and Grants.
- Expertise in PeopleSoft Financial modules implementation and postgolive support with a focus on process improvement.
- Experience with ledger reconfiguration impact testing and reconciliation.
- Advanced understanding of AllActivity Query Logic in CAPPS.
- Coordinate necessary functional and technical resources for collaborative activities.
- Assist in reengineering or developing processes to improve the efficiency of the CAPPS Financial system.
- Work closely with business customers to gather system requirements identify process improvements and develop reports.
- Provide input to project management for estimating effort levels required for customerrequested activities.
- Prepare detailed documentation to support activities ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Perform fullrange testing and system configuration as needed.
- Design test and build queries to support business process improvement initiatives.
- Assist with validating AllActivity Queries to ensure accuracy and reliability.
