Job Description
One of our client is looking for Electrician near Hamilton ON location for their facility
Shift : 8 hour weekly rotation (Day Afternoon and Night)
Pay rate : $40/hr $45/hr
Responsibilities:
- Maintain test troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and electronic controls across various equipment types.
- Interpret and work from drawings blueprints and electrical code specifications.
- Install inspect replace or repair electrical wiring receptacles switch boxes conduits feeders case assemblies and other electrical components.
- Work on systems and equipment operating at voltages ranging from 110V to 600V.
- Apply strong knowledge in PLC5 RS Logic RS View Allen Bradley controls FactoryTalk DeviceNet and Ethernet for installations and troubleshooting (an asset).
- Demonstrate familiarity with frequency drives particularly PowerFlex drives.
Required Qualifications:
- Certified Electrician with a valid trade certificate (442A or 309A).
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting with knowledge of PLCs and soft starters.
- 510 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with Allen Bradley PLCs and soft starters is an advantage.
