Job Description:
- We are seeking a skilled and resultsdriven Project Manager to join our team.
- In this role you will be responsible for planning coordinating and executing projects within the clients technology and telecommunications sector ensuring timely delivery budget adherence and alignment with strategic goals.
- This role requires strong leadership excellent communication and a deep understanding of project management methodologies within a technical environment.
- As an IT Project Manager at the client you will work crossfunctionally with engineering product operations and business teams to lead complex projects from initiation to closure ensuring delivery that meets the clients high standards of quality and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope goals and deliverables that align with the clients strategic objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules ensuring clear milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure flawless execution of projects.
- Manage project budgets track expenses and ensure project costs remain within approved limits.
- Monitor and report on project progress risks and issues providing updates to stakeholders.
- Lead regular project meetings including status reviews risk assessments and postmortems.
- Drive effective communication across crossfunctional teams stakeholders and clients.
- Apply Agile Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies to manage projects depending on project needs.
- Ensure compliance with the clients project management guidelines and governance.
MustHaves:
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management preferably within the telecommunications IT or technology industries with lean on Industry 4.0
- Proven experience managing multiple complex projects with high attention to detail and adherence to timelines.
Project Management Skills:
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile Scrum and Waterfall.
- Ability to define project objectives develop project plans manage risks and track deliverables effectively.
Communication and Leadership:
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead crossfunctional teams.
- Experience working with technical teams and translating technical language into business terms.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment adapt to changing priorities and manage stress.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster team collaboration and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Technical Proficiency:
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Jira Microsoft Project Asana) and collaboration tools (e.g. MS Teams).
- Basic understanding of telecommunications concepts network infrastructure and digital transformation initiatives.
Educational Background:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management Engineering Telecommunications or a related field.
Problem Solving and Decision Making:
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a proven ability to make quick datadriven decisions under pressure.
Certifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or PRINCE2 certification.
NicetoHaves:
Advanced Technical Knowledge:
- Prior experience working on projects involving 5G IoT cloud solutions or network infrastructure.
- Familiarity with the clients technologies and solutions is a plus.
Additional Certifications:
- Agile/Scrum certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMIACP (Agile Certified Practitioner).
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies.
- Experience in LargeScale Global Projects preferably in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
- Experience working on largescale projects across multiple regions or global teams.
- Understanding of global compliance standards especially within telecommunications.
Educational Background:
- Masters degree in Project Management Engineering or Business Administration.
