We are looking for a NonVoice Process Recruiter to join our team and work from home. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing screening and recruiting candidates for nonvoice process positions. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Screen resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
  • Assess applicants relevant knowledge skills soft skills experience and aptitudes
  • Onboard new hires

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an inhouse recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured competencybased stress etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decisionmaking skills
  • Familiarity with relevant employment law and regulations
  • Good timemanagement skills
  • BSc in Human Resources Management Organizational Psychology or relevant field is a plus
