Bradley David Associates are recruiting for a Business Development Manager to work for a recruitment agency in the Barking area.
Ideally candidates will come from an industrial recruitment background and have an understanding of the recruitment and staffing industry.
Salary: per annum dependent on experience
Working Days: Monday to Friday 8am5pm (some flexibility required)
Candidate duties will include:
- Promoting our temporary recruitment services to both local & regional businesses.
- Business to Business sales meetings
- Presenting recruitment solutions to key company decision makers
- To build lasting business relationships with new and existing clients & companies
- To manage a daily weekly and monthly sales pipeline & diary
- Attend regular service meetings
Requirements
Candidate experience will include:
- Ideally have a background or experience of industrial recruitment.
- Have a strong background in either a telesales or a facetoface sales role
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be able to present recruitment solutions to various levels of management within organisations
