We are recruiting for a Midlands based Area Sales Manager on behalf of a wellestablished play area sports and recreational surfacing company who install a range of artificial surfaces including artificial grass resin bound and wet pour for a wide range of customers. On offer is a salary of between 30000.00 and 35000 per year plus company car or car allowance uncapped commission (OTE Guide 45000..00) mobile phone and laptop etc.
As the Area Sales Manager you will be responsible for the management and development of existing customers and for proactively targeting new business opportunities across a customer base that includes:
- Schools Nurseries and Academies.
- Outdoor Playground and Sports Equipment companies who along with selling the equipment also complete the installation.
- Local Authorities including Town & Parish Councils.
Requirements
To be considered for this Area Sales role you will need:
- To be based in the Midlands.
- Sales experience from within this or a similar sector (wetpour or resin bound surfacing play equipment artificial grass etc.).
- Proven experience of developing business with both existing and potential new customers.
- To be looking to bring fresh ideas thoughts enthusiasm drive and passion into a company that embraces all of these.
- To be skilled at developing relationships listening and understanding customer needs to enable you to maximise business opportunities along with the drive to seek out new customers.
- A driving licence and be happy to travel across a wide area to visit existing and potential customers.
