This is a remote position.
Data Analyst
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm Sydney (6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Manila Time) with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)
Overview
This fastgrowing fitness company is building new systems and processes to scale up their operations. They need someone to help collect and analyze data to drive executive decisions. Youll be working with stateoftheart systems in a hot industry helping to shape the strategy of an inspiring young business.
In this role youll be:
Extracting data from multiple systems and entering it into spreadsheets and reports. Attention to detail is key as the leadership team will use these reports to make key decisions.
Communicating to clients of the business handling inbound email inquiries providing prompt and professional support to members on memberships billing bookings and club information.
Responsibilities
- Extract data from company software systems
- Enter data into provided templates
- Build reports based on templates provided by managers
- Deliver reports adhering to deadlines
Requirements
- Proficient with spreadsheets (e.g. Excel)
- Experience extracting data from software systems
- Strong time management and organization
- Diligent with an eye for detail
- Flexible schedule with ability to meet report deadlines
- Strong written communication skills
