Job Description
- Conducting project takeoffs including site visits when required.
- Estimating new sales and enhancement projects.
- Revising existing project budgets based on actual performance.
- Preparing estimates for production reviews.
- Generating proposals.
- Supporting the procurement of seasonal needs.
- Scheduling and managing workflow.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in the landscape management industry as an estimator or accountlevel manager.
- A high level of proficiency in Aspire Field Management Software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook with experience in creating reports managing data and delivering presentations.
Preferred Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Advanced skills in Aspire Field Management Software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- An understanding of the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System).
