About the Job
We re looking for a Media Buyer to take the reins of our campaigns across various industries. Your main focus will be running campaigns on Meta and socials such as TikTok or Snapchat but experience with platforms like Google Unity or other networks is a plus.
In this role you ll continuously monitor campaign performance analyse data and adapt strategies to maximize results. You ll need to dive deep into the algorithms uncover trends and make informed changes to improve ROI. Researching competitors understanding the product and tailoring campaigns to the audience will be a crucial part of your daytoday.
Hiring Process

After the initial 45minute interview well send you a short test task to gauge your skills. Next step well proceed with a technical interview. The final decision will be based on your task and interview performance.
Requirements
Min. 5 years of general work experience.
Min. 2 year of Google ads management experience.
Proficiency in English.
Strong analytical skills and an understanding of ad platform algorithms.
Ability to research competitors analyse performance data and craft effective media strategies.
Based in Osijek or Croatia (the position is remote now but may turn hybrid in the future).
You have experience managing largescale Google Ads campaigns
If you hold a degree in Mathematics Physics or Psychology
