With a sophisticated client base and a reputation for excellence they pride themselves on delivering premium products and exceptional service.


We are seeking an experienced and passionate salesperson to join our client s team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for engaging conversations a proven track record in telephone sales and a genuine enthusiasm for wine. This role requires a personable and professional individual capable of building lasting relationships with a discerning clientele.



Requirements


  • Engage with existing and potential clients over the phone to promote and sell exclusive wines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a sophisticated client base.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations on wine selections tailored to client preferences.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client experiences and continuous improvement in sales strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends product offerings and the latest developments in the wine world.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in telephone sales preferably with a luxury or highend product.
  • A genuine passion for wine with knowledge of both imported and locally produced varieties.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport.
  • Comfortable working with a sophisticated and discerning client base.
  • Goaloriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Professional demeanor reliability and the ability to thrive in a teamoriented environment.
  • Reside within a reasonable commuting distance to Bellville or Stellenbosch.
