Job Title: Epicor Prophet 21 Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) Administrator to oversee maintain and optimize our ERP system to meet business needs. This role involves configuring the software troubleshooting issues and ensuring seamless integration with other business systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and a solid understanding of distribution and manufacturing processes.

Job Responsibilities:

System Administration:

• Manage and maintain the Epicor Prophet 21 ERP system including upgrades patches and configurations.
  
• Create and manage user accounts roles and permissions.
  

Technical Support:

• Provide enduser support and training for the P21 system.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues promptly.
  

Customization and Configuration:

• Configure workflows dashboards and reports to meet business requirements.
  
• Develop and maintain SQL queries stored procedures and integrations.
  

Data Management:

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the ERP system.
  
• Perform regular system audits and backups.
  

Process Optimization:

• Collaborate with various departments to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements in ERPrelated processes.
  
• Document business processes and ERP workflows.
  

Integration and Reporting:

• Oversee integration of P21 with other systems such as CRM EDI and BI tools.
  
• Design and generate custom reports using Crystal Reports or SQL Reporting Services (SSRS).
  

Qualification:

• Knowledge of distribution and supply chain processes.
  
• Experience with Crystal Reports SSRS or other reporting tools.
  
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g. Python PowerShell) for automation.
  
• Certifications in Epicor Prophet 21 or ERP administration.
