- Assist in implementing recruitment strategies to attract and hire suitable candidates.
- Support candidate sourcing through job boards social media and employee referrals.
- Help coordinate screening interviews and interview scheduling with hiring managers.
- Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
- Post and update job advertisements across various platforms.
Onboarding
- Assist in organising new hire orientation sessions to introduce company culture and policies.
- Help prepare and follow onboarding plans for new employees.
- Serve as a support contact for new hires during their onboarding period.
- Ensure completion of necessary documentation and compliance requirements for onboarding.
- Collect feedback from new hires to help improve the onboarding process.
Employer Branding
- Support the execution of employer branding initiatives to promote foodpanda Myanmar as a great workplace.
- Assist in creating content for social media career pages and internal communications.
- Work with internal teams to align branding efforts with company goals.
- Help plan and coordinate employer branding events and campaigns.
- Contribute to tracking and reporting on employer branding activities.
What do you bring to the table
- Bachelors degree in HR or related experience.
- Some experience or internship in Talent Acquisition Employer Branding or related HR functions is a plus.
- Basic understanding of recruitment tools and social media platforms.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Creative and proactive mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with teams.
- Willingness to learn and grow in recruitment and employer branding areas.
- Intermediate level of proficiency in the English language.
