- Setting up the tablets with local sims.
- Communicate with vendors and give them proper training either onsite or at the office.
- Ensure strong collaboration and communication across the company and serve as a primary project point of contract
- Monitoring stock levels of tablets and paper rolls.
- Coordinate bug reports and change requests which include vendorfacing and internalfacing projects.
- Informing the line manager and finance department about the damaged lost or stolen tablets and whether to be replaced.
- Maintaining good relations with vendors and other third parties.
- Reporting the process and progress to the line manager and supervisors.
- Adhoc tasks.
What do you bring to the table
- At least 1 year of experience managing web and mobile consumer projects as a project/tech specialist in an ecommerce company. Plus points if you have worked in an organization similar to ours.
- Sense of urgency pragmatism and a solutionoriented approach to problemsolving
- Analytical mindset and skillset
- Experience with Jira & Confluence is preferable
- Strong relationship and interpersonal skills are a must!
- Happy to work in a changing and fastpaced environment
- High motivation and excellent team player
- Willing to learn and explore new tools
