Yours is an opportunity to play a pivotal role towards driving the success of our rewards and performance strategies, ensuring they align seamlessly with RX’s overarching goals, employee engagement index and compliance standards.
You will also be expected to lead and support the writing of appropriate job descriptions, evaluating jobs across the organisation, create JDs digital library, and lead performance management activities.
Moreover, you'll be immersed in tasks ranging from implementing compensation structures and managing employee benefits to leading performance management frameworks. You'll have the opportunity to shape our engagement and recognition programs, ensuring they resonate with our teams and align with market practices.
But your impact won't stop there! You'll be instrumental in transforming our analytical processes, using insights to drive strategic decisions and enhance the ROI of our employee benefit programs.
This role calls for a strategic HR mastermind, someone who is proactive and eager to experiment with innovative solutions to elevate our HR initiatives.
Strategic Organizational Planning
Organizational Design: Lead efforts to evaluate and redesign the organization's structure to ensure it aligns with strategic goals, increases efficiency, and improves collaboration.
Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to guide employees through transformations such as restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, or new strategic initiatives.
Workforce Planning: Analyze the current workforce and future business needs to determine talent gaps, skills requirements, and staffing levels. Work with leadership to develop plans for workforce growth and optimization.
Culture and Leadership Development
Culture Transformation: Champion initiatives that foster a strong organizational culture that aligns with core values and supports employee engagement, motivation, and performance.
Leadership Development: Develop and implement leadership programs that equip managers and executives with the skills needed to lead effectively, manage change, and drive team performance.
Employee Engagement: Design programs and strategies that improve employee satisfaction, increase retention, and foster a productive and collaborative work environment.
Performance Management: Work with senior leadership to define performance expectations and establish systems to monitor and enhance individual and team performance.
Degree qualified, you will demonstrate at least 5 years of success in Reward and OD. Ideally, you will possess Job-Evaluation certification and have hands-on experience.
Both airline and Oracle experience will be viewed favourably.
