Job Description
SALES SUPPORT
In this role youll assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives youll support in the preparation and execution of sales presentations and sales documents as well as assisting in the preparation of sales reports forecasts and analysis.
CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT
In this role well trust you with providing exceptional customer service to clients addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Youll build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Managing preorders and inseason reorders for customers will also be responsibilities that we trust you with.
PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE
Another responsibility of this role is to develop a thorough understanding of our entire product range including clothing accessories and seasonal collections. Stay updated on new product launches materials and design features.
B2B ONLINE STORE
Youll manage the development of our existing B2B online store to ensure the best customer experience usability and the implementation of new functionalities that will improve efficiency and boost sales. Youll be responsible for keeping the B2B Shop up to date according to new launches and stock level.
ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS
From processing orders to coordinating with various departments for timely delivery youll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations. With responsibilities that include handling invoicing returns and shipping/receiving product samples youll be at the heart of it all.
Qualifications :
- Complete education in Business Marketing Fashion or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in sales customer service or a related role preferably in the fashion industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude selfmotivated and goaloriented.
- Fluent in English and German; other languages are beneficial.
Additional Information :
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position which is EUR 2.19500 gross per month. However our attractive compensation package is based on marketoriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
