IT Service Desk Specialist
This is a contract opportunity.
This is a hybrid opportunity in Miami FL
About this Position
In this role you will assist with device issues application/service inquiries and general user support. Youll coordinate investigations collaborate with the team to address trends and work on project assignments. If you have technical expertise in Windows Mac and iOS systems and enjoy working in a dynamic teamoriented environment this could be the perfect role for you.
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate investigations to resolve internal IT issues related to applications services and enduser devices.
Conduct research to understand explain and resolve incidents.
Communicate updates to users affected by incidents.
Utilize Service Desk Jira Service Management and JIRA board software to track incidents service requests and unplanned tasks.
Assist with onboarding new users and setting up their devices.
Ensure response times meet SLAs for incidents and service requests.
Route escalations or incidents outside of Tier I scope.
Collaborate with team members to address trending issues and knowledge gaps.
Work on project assignments as delegated by management.
Job Skills/Requirements
6 months of experience delivering IT services in a similar role.
Strong troubleshooting skills and a customerfirst mentality.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Competence in computer systems and operating systems (Windows 10 Mac OS iOS).
Experience with Service Desk Jira Service Management and JIRA board is preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment.
Ability to adapt to frequent changes in processes systems and ways of working.

Pay Range
Pay Range: $21/hour
