Provide functional support for SAP S/4HANA system including troubleshooting issues and resolving tickets in a timely manner.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify system requirements and implement solutions to meet business needs.
Perform testing and documentation for enhancements upgrades and patches.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement recommending and implementing solutions as needed.
Create documentation to support endusers in utilizing the SAP S/4HANA system effectively.
Stay uptodate with the latest SAP technologies and best practices to ensure continuous improvement of the system.
Qualifications :
Bachelors / Masters degree in Finance & Accounting Commerce Information Systems or a related field.
Additional Information :
2 4 years of experience in SAP S/4 HANA support or implementation. SAP S/4 certification is a plus.
