Background
We are aiming to strengthen our hardware verification and validation (V&V) processes supporting cuttingedge technologies in the automotive industry. We are seeking professionals who can contribute to a wide range of development processes from project acquisition to series production (SOP).
Job Description
As an HW V&V Manager you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders as well as Boschs global expert team and will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Customer Communication
- Evaluate and clarify HW V&V requirements with OEM customers ensuring traceability from customer requirements to test plans and results.
- Test Planning
- Develop HW V&V test plans based on Bosch standards and customerspecific requirements including EMC electrical tests performance tests and reliability tests.
- Test System Setup
- Define collect and document requirements for test systems and order projectspecific equipment and software.
- Progress Management
- Plan prioritize and monitor all HW V&V activities including schedules and progress tracking.
- Issue Resolution & Reporting
- Share test results and issues with internal and external stakeholders coordinate risk assessments and define countermeasures. Prepare comprehensive test reports for internal and external communications.

Qualifications :
Candidate Profile
- We are looking for individuals with experience and skills in hardware verification and validation in the automotive industry. We welcome candidates who can leverage their technical knowledge and collaborate effectively with international teams to create new value.
Required Skills & Experience
- A bachelors degree in Electronics or Mechatronics
- Profound knowledge and practical experience in automotive HW verification and validation processes
- Excellent communication skills (fluent English in both written and spoken)
- Experience in project management and coordination
- Willingness to collaborate with international teams
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of HW test concepts and systems (e.g. EMC reliability testing electrical testing)
- Familiarity with automotive HW production processes

Frequency of Business Trips
