Job Description
- Participating in various parts of HR administration: Entering employment data into the company database and HR soft assisting in preparing employment contracts scanning and electronically storing hard copies of personal documents in the Company system.
- Organizing personal files.
- Developing designing and executing projects with the HR Administration Team.
- Performing other daily tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications :
- UpperIntermediate (B2) Level of English
- Good computer skills knowledge of MS Office
- Diligence and organizational skills
- High sense of responsibility
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills
- Detailorientation and attentiveness
- Adaptability flexibility
