Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and driven HR Manager to lead our HR operations in Georgia. This role is pivotal in managing mass recruitment to address turnover while fostering a strong and resilient organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Adapt and implement grouplevel HR strategies within Georgia;
Oversee mass recruitment efforts to maintain operational excellence;
Design and enforce HR policies aligned with company goals and compliance requirements;
Build and sustain a strong organizational culture through engagement and development initiatives;
Lead and develop the HR team focusing on talent acquisition performance management and employee engagement;
Partner with stakeholders to deliver HR solutions and constructively challenge perspectives when necessary;
Use datadriven approaches to guide HR decisions and strategies;
Provide handson support to ensure smooth daytoday HR operations.
Qualifications :
Higher education preferably degree within HR or relevant;
Personal competencies: driven to deliver skilled influencer decisive thinker collaborative relationship builder role model;
Full Professional Proficiency in English;
Strong presentation and coaching skills to support global management and leadership development initiatives;
A people person approachable and easy to work with;
Analytical and comfortable working with data to guide decisions;
Solutiondriven and proactive in addressing challenges;
A handson leader with the ability to manage complex priorities effectively;
Confident in partnering with and constructively challenging stakeholders;
Focused on building a strong and engaged organizational culture.
This is a workfromoffice role requiring close collaboration with the team and stakeholders.
