Job Description
Digital Marketing Enablement team is currently seeking Senior UI Engineer with strong UI/UX technical skills and experience in building highperforming scalable enterprisegrade applications for Digital Marketing Experience Team. You will be responsible for Front End for highly scalable AEM application development while providing expertise in the full software development lifecycle from concept and design to testing.
The role includes working with business owners to understand requirements defining and implementing technical solutions application implementation and support integration and management of Web sites.
Responsibilities:
Build engaging usable and accessible UI applications/components/code libraries for web.
Build Single Page Applications that consume REST services
Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
Write well designed testable efficient code.
Design code and integrate application business layer as required.
Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.
Prepare and produce releases of software components.
Create or update design and UI documentation.
Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 23 set days a week (determined by leadership/site) with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
2 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree OR 5 years of relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications
5 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or with an Advanced Degree. 5 years of handson Software Development experience
35 years of experience in Front End development for highly scalable Web Portals / Web Applications.
Preference for candidates with CMS and / Or with Adobe AEM/CQ development
Expertise in frontend technologies including JavaScript CSS3 and HTML5 and thirdparty libraries such as ReactJS Angular jQuery and Stencil.js.
Object oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
Use JavaScript UI frameworks like NodeJS Angular Stencil
Experience with Web Standards and Accessibility Best Practices
Experience integrating with web services in a failure tolerant system design
Ability to create wireframes and responsive designs for a great user experience.
Ability to work quickly in an agile environment part of an oncall rotation duty among other engineers.
Expertise in building web applications from the ground up.
Hands on experience in End to End Testing frameworks such as Cypress
Participation in Test Driven Development.
Excellent communications skills (verbal and written).
Experience with GenAI tools is plus
