As a Global Brand Manager focusing on localisation you will bridge the gap between global brand strategies and local market execution. The role will ensure the brands core values are upheld while resonating with local audiences driving consistent and impactful brand presence.
Responsibilities
1. Brand Localization Strategy
- Develop and implement brand localization plans to ensure consistent messaging that resonates with local audiences across regions.
- Collaborate with regional teams to adapt brand strategies campaigns and content to reflect local cultural nuances and market trends.
- Develop and maintain localisation guidelines and frameworks to streamline processes and ensure consistency across markets.
2. Localised Plans & Campaigns
- Plan and execute campaigns that align with local market dynamics enhancing brand awareness user loyalty and brand recognition.
- Oversee and approve localized content to maintain brand integrity adapt global campaign themes with regionspecific content and creativity to maximise impact.
3. Crossfunctional Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to implement localisation initiatives effectively to ensure highquality outputs within deadlines.
- Serve as the central point of contact for global marketing initiatives working closely to align objectives resources and timelines.
4. Performance Analysis & Market Insights
- Continuously analyze brand performance and effectiveness across regions to identify improvement areas and capitalize on opportunities
- Regularly gather and analyse user feedback to identify localisation opportunities and refine brand activities.
5. GlobalLocal Brand Alignment
- Lead efforts to harmonize the global brand with local market needs fostering a cohesive yet locally resonant brand image.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regional teams ensuring alignment in brand positioning product messaging and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management marketing or localisation ideally within a global organisation.
- Proven ability to collaborate with crossfunctional and regional teams balancing global strategies with local needs.
- Excellent project management skills with experience handling multiple markets and diverse cultural contexts.
- Datadriven mindset with a proven ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for improved results.
- Experience in a fintech ecommerce or crypto industry is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese will be highly advantageous
