Responsibilities
Strategizing for the Marketing Department
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with business goals and enhance the brands visibility.
Content Creation for Social Media
Create and curate engaging content including successful case studies and other relevant materials to captivate and grow our online audience.
Collaborating on Webinars Newsletters and Podcasts
Work closely with crossfunctional teams to produce and manage webinars newsletters and podcasts that drive thought leadership and customer engagement.
Event and Meeting Organization
Plan and coordinate impactful events and meetings both virtual and inperson to enhance relationships and share key insights with our audience.
Data and Metrics Analysis
Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns track performance and make datadriven decisions to optimize strategies.

3 years of proven marketing experience
Experience in startups or marketing agencies ideally from small to medium size (20 to 200 employees).
Experience with B2B
Advanced proficiency in Portuguese andSpanish or English for effective client communication.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic fastpaced environment and work with little structure.
Willingness to travel (1020%) for conferences and client meetings.
