Job Description
Are you curious about designing programs that drive impactful business outcomes As a Strategic Programme Manager you will lead the planning execution and continuous improvement of data and gotomarket (GTM) projects across shiftmove. Collaborating with diverse teams you will coordinate efforts across data engineers GTM analysts and crossfunctional teams to drive the successful implementation of key strategic programs.
This role offers the unique opportunity to collaborate in building a program management function while contributing to data unification and operational excellence.
What Youll Do
- Develop and execute detailed roadmaps for strategic data and GTM initiatives using agile methodologies like Scrum.
- Manage sprints retrospectives and crossfunctional collaboration to ensure measurable outcomes and operational excellence.
- Define and implement program management tools and frameworks to improve project visibility and efficiency.
- Act as the central point of contact between GTM data engineering and product teams ensuring alignment and driving integration during M&A efforts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to unify product customer and operational data while ensuring compliance with data governance standards (e.g. GDPR).
- Provide transparent updates to senior leadership on project progress and build strong relationships to foster alignment and accountability.

- In line with Shiftmove OKR deliver/lead projects that drive alignment with measurable outcomes across data and GTM teams.
Your Profile
- Exceptional organizational abilities with the capability to prioritize and manage competing demands effectively
- Proven program management expertise with a track record of leading complex initiatives
- Familiarity with agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum Kanban) with CSM certification or similar being a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and handson experience with data tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) and governance frameworks
- A growthoriented mindset with a passion for building frameworks and functions from scratch.
- Adaptable collaborative and comfortable working in dynamic environments while bridging technical and business discussions.
