Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Backend Software Engineer (SDE3) with a proven ability to take initiative ideate and independently build robust features. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of handson experience with Python Go Node.js MongoDB and MySQL and is comfortable adapting to any programming language as needed. This role requires someone who thrives on challenges excels at research and development and possesses a strong understanding of cloud platforms and deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect scalable and efficient backend systems and databases using Python Go Node.js MongoDB MySQL and other relevant technologies.
- Take ownership of feature ideation research and implementation.
- Adapt to new programming languages and frameworks as needed.
- Develop deploy and maintain reliable backend services and applications.
- Lead system design discussions and provide innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver impactful software solutions.
- Optimize systems for performance scalability and reliability.
- Ensure best practices through code reviews and mentorship of junior engineers.
- Manage cloudbased infrastructure and deployments effectively.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in backend development.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of backend development experience with expertise in Python Go Node.js MongoDB and MySQL.
- Strong foundation in system design and architecture.
- Proven ability to ideate research and execute independently with minimal supervision.
- Handson experience in cloud platforms and deployments.
- Track record of building and maintaining scalable backend systems and APIs.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
- Exceptional problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to write clean maintainable and efficient code.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Fintech or highgrowth technology environments.
- Familiarity with advanced cloud services and microservices architecture.
- A passion for tackling challenges and learning new technologies.

Node python & sql
Mongo is good to have golang is optional
we are looking for a candidate for whom languages are not the boundaries they can switch to any tech stack learn and execute things quickly according to the demand of situation
deployments are a must
Candidate should be able to manage the basic deployments and take care of the basic stuff when devops is not available like Git linux servers jenkins will be more than enough
