Job Description
The weekly wage is $2584.
The unit comprises of 18 beds and is staffed by 8 members including a Radiologist Radiologist Techs Ultrasound Techs MRI Techs and CT Techs.
The day shift includes the Director Radiologist and 67 Techs while the night shift includes a Charge RN an oncall team and 34 Techs.
Patient ratio varies from 1:1 to 1:2 depending on the patients stability.
The unit is equipped with GE Equipment MRI Units scanners cameras xray and fluoroscopy and uses the EMR Meditech.
The most recruited skills are Travel RNs local CNAs and sitters.
Mandatory skills include ARRT (CT) & BLS with a strong preference for experience with GE and Meditech.
Preferred skills include RT (T) ASRT and FASRT.
Typical procedures performed in the unit are CT Scan MRI body scanner and XRays.
Candidates are expected to have good communication skills medical and anatomical skills the ability to multitask and work with a variety of physicians radiologists patients.
The dress code requires Navy Blue scrubs.
The unit was recently upgraded with a new 1.2 million state of the art computed tomography scanner.
The unit has received recognition as a Certified comprehensive Stroke Center American Heart Gold Plus Achievement Award.
