Schedule:
- Weekdays: 10:00 AM 8:00 PM
- Weekends: 3:00 PM 1:00 AM (Every Other Weekend Required)
- No OnCall Requirement at This Time (Subject to Change)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled CT Technologist to join our patientcentered radiology team at UVM Medical Center. This role specializes in computerized tomographic (CT) procedures utilizing advanced imaging techniques and ionizing radiation to ensure highquality diagnostic scans. The ideal candidate will be certified in CT possess strong technical expertise and thrive in a Level I Trauma Center environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform computerized tomographic imaging procedures under the supervision of a Radiologist.
- Ensure optimal patient care and safety during all CT procedures.
- Operate and adjust CT imaging equipment to produce highquality diagnostic images.
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to radiation safety regulations.
- Work effectively in a fastpaced hospital environment collaborating with radiologists and medical teams.
Required Qualifications:
Graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technology program (CAHEA/JRCT approved).
Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) with advanced CT certification.
Previous experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a Level I Trauma Center.
Experience with Philips CT technology.
Proficiency in Epic EMR & Visage PACS system.
Experience starting IVs.
