Job Title: Project Engineer
Location: Vancouver WA
Salary Range: $75000 $120000 annually
Job Type: FullTime

Client a leading Pacific Northwest Heavy Highway General Contractor specializing in bridge construction and rehabilitation is seeking Two (2) Project Engineers for upcoming projects in Portland Oregon and Kelso Washington. We are committed to longterm employment providing opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
Founded in 2001 Client focuses on projects ranging from $5 million to $30 million and selfperforms various scopes of work including:
Piledriving
Structural concrete
Precast concrete and steel girder erection

The Project Engineer will support the Project Manager and Project Superintendent in the following areas:
Managing project controls in the field including project submittals RFIs and change orders.
Tracking and reporting project quantities.
Providing technical interpretation of project requirements to trade labor.
Conducting survey and layout activities.
Coordinating with subcontractors vendors and suppliers.
Assisting in project schedule updates.
Ensuring safety and environmental compliance.
Required:
A degree in Construction Engineering Management or Civil Engineering OR a minimum of 4 years of project engineering experience in lieu of a degree.
Ability to handle challenges adapt to changing conditions and manage multiple priorities independently.
Strong economicthinking analytical and problemsolving skills for informed decisionmaking.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel and/or relocate to project locations for the duration of the project.
