Job Description:
The Junior Finance Associate will play a vital role in supporting the finance department with daytoday operations including budgeting financial reporting and analysis. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both remotely and onsite ensuring a collaborative yet adaptable work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and analyzing financial reports budgets and forecasts.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Assist with monthend and yearend closing procedures.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Support the preparation of financial presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
- 12 years of experience in a finance or accounting role (internship experience accepted).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software systems.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Knowledge of IT industry practices is a plus but not required.
