Job Description
Job title: Solution Architect AWS
Location: Los Angeles CA 90063
Duration: 12 Months Contract (Good Possibilities of extension)
Position Description:
- An Enterprise Architect applies functional and technical expertise to support complex projects in applying organizing principles and methods of enterprise architecture. Methods of enterprise architecture include IT business systems development and technical solutions that align with the business process. This is accomplished through requirements analysis needs assessments and selection and implementation of integration strategies including lifecycle sustainability. Enterprise Architects provide subject matter expertise in industry and have specific knowledge of methods including architect enterprise strategy enterprise architecture development business process design and reengineering investment decision making and support for solution architecture development. They support the attainment of business strategy and its alignment with processes and information technology strategy.
Skills Required:
- An Enterprise Architect possesses knowledge and technical expertise in standards and technologies to support complex business analysis solution selection systems design and application integration.
Skills Preferred:
- Expert Knowledge in Amazon Connect Contact Center Development: Contact Flows IVR Applications Skill Based Routing LEX Integration AWS Control Tower.
- Proficient in cloudbased telephony and Contact center.
- Possessed technical expertise in designing AWS call flow agent reports and dashboard
- Proven ability working on AWS Monitoring Services AWS Control Tower Amazon Quick Sight.
Experience Required:
- This classification must have a minimum of five (5) years of applying Enterprise Architecture principles.
- At least three (e) years of that experience must be in a lead capacity.
Experience Preferred:
- 5 years of experience working with AWS Connect Azure AWS Control Tower AWS Security Services AWS Lambda.
- 5 years experience in routing protocols addressing services virtualization and integration/collaboration strategies for enterprise architectures.
- 5 years Web/Directory Services: Microsoft AD AWS Monitoring Services
- 4 years of experience in unified communications and how it works in a collaborative environment over switching routing firewall cloud MPLS QOS and WAN Technologies with the ability to document using Visio or similar.
Education Required:
- This classification requires the possession of a bachelors degree in an ITrelated or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a yearforyear basis.
Education Preferred:
- Graduation from an accredited college with specialization in Electronic or Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering Computer Science or closely related field.
- Must have a valid California driver license.
- Current certification in one or more of the following: AWS Solutions ArchitectAssociate AWS Certified Advanced Networking AWS Certified Security AWS Certified Database AWS Certified Data Analytics AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
Additional Information:
- This is a 5/40 schedule MondayFriday 7:30am4:00pm Sat Sun are days off 3 days work from home 2 days work in the office
