Job Description
Blanchard Valley Hospital is currently looking for several Perm Family Medicine providers to join their team! We welcome you to be part of our team serving patients in Central & Northwest Ohio. Our physicians have schedule flexibility to meet their professional and personal needs as well as a full support team dedicated to them.
- Flexible schedule and workweek option of extended morning or evening hours. Options:
1) Parttime or Fulltime (25 days/week 4hr 8hr 10hr 12hr days)
2) Week On/Week Off (7am7pm MonThurs 7am5pm Fri 4hr Sat)
3) Twelve 10hr Days/28Day Block (WedFri 3 days on/2 off MonWed 3 days on/6 off) - Of our 9 offices we offer opportunities in these locations (option for Findlay or more rural practices)

- 100% outpatient no hospital call light 1:3 practice call
- Diverse spectrum of interesting and complex patients
- Ability to choose patient mix and practice at top of license
- Weekly onsite CME and CME/grand rounds available through Mayo Clinic Care Network
- 24hour inhouse Hospitalist services
- Option to teach medical students and advanced practice trainees
- Full complement of medical and surgical specialties available for support

- These are permanent positions that may require residency within the immediate local area. Relocation may be required. To be discussed at interview.
- Welcoming recent graduates and experienced physicians. Recent graduates must have plans to sit for Boards.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary range xx300000xx400000 based on experience and training that continues beyond the first contract term (to be discussed at interview). Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.

Requirement description :
- TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility with plans to test) or Board Certified in Family Medicine (will not accept IM) REQUIRED
- OH license (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED
