Job Description
The Humana/Centerwell Growth Tool Salesforce Architect is a senior role responsible for designing implementing and overseeing Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements while adhering to best practices. They serve as technical leaders trusted advisors and problem solvers within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Design and Architecture
Design endtoend Salesforce solutions including data models integrations and workflows utilizing platforms like Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Health Cloud
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions while considering tradeoffs.
Create architecture documents detailing functional and nonfunctional requirements.
2. Implementation and Oversight
Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations encompassing custom development integrations and data migrations.
Oversee coding standards and conduct code reviews to ensure quality and compliance with Salesforce best practices.
Develop prototypes and proofsofconcept to validate designs.
3. Collaboration and Leadership
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by guiding them on Salesforce capabilities and solution options.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define implementation strategies and address roadblocks.
Mentor junior team members and encourage knowledge sharing across teams.
