Job Description
Position: Medical Laboratory Technician
Location: Peterborough NH 03458
Pay scale: $34.00 $55.00 per hour
Shift: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of laboratory tests analyses and procedures to assist in diagnosing and treating medical conditions.
- Collect and process specimens ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality control standards.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment including analyzers and microscopes.
- Analyze and interpret laboratory results providing accurate and timely reports to healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with laboratory staff and healthcare teams to ensure effective workflow and communication.
- Adhere to safety protocols maintain laboratory cleanliness and manage inventory of supplies.
Requirements:
- Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
- Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT).
- State licensure as required.
- Knowledge of laboratory equipment and techniques.
