Job Description
- Full life cycle Recruiting for our Risk Data Science organization from Sourcing to Onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with our Engineering Hiring leaders to understand the scope of their orgs technical role requirements and how each roles fits within the organization.
- Understand stakeholder objectives identify trends and solve these trends proactively. Manage ambiguity and handle multiple tasks in parallel.
- Partner with hiring managers to build excellent relationships consulting them on best techniques for attracting evaluating and closing candidates.
- In partnership with Hiring Leaders you will deliver WorldClass positive Candidate Experience.
- Drive offer processes for candidates including extending offers negotiations closing candidates and generating offer letters.
- Manage pipeline activity maintain data integrity and proactively share datacentric updates with internal stakeholders.
- Utilize data analytics to continually improve processes and drive operational efficiencies; share data and insights on recruiting progress with key stakeholders and recruiting team.
- Utilizing sourcing tools. (i.e internet research boolean search strings prompting LinkedIn) and cold outreach to build candidate pipelines and conduct market mapping and competitor analysis.
- At least five years of experience in a fullcycle recruiting role with an emphasis on Technology (Software Engineering AI/ML Mobile IT Tech Ops). Experience recruiting for Product Management or Data Science roles is a plus.
- Proven track record in contributing to process improvements and using data to draw insights and actionable plans.
- Strong communicator across all levels and verticals of the organization with excellent written and verbal storytelling communication skills.
- Ability to influence at various levels in an organization anchoring on datadriven decisionmaking.
- Proven ability to successfully identify manage and engage with exceptional candidates in highgrowth environments.
- Strong sense of urgency with proven ability to act swiftly under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and processes.
- Experience managing applicant tracking systems preferably Greenhouse.
- Passion for using quantitative data to guide daytoday decisions report progress to stakeholders and justify recommendations.
