We are a dynamic and rapidly growing ecommerce company seeking a dedicated Marketplace Executive to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage and optimize product listings enhance sales performance and improve customer engagement across multiple online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Listing Management:

Create and manage product listings on marketplaces like Amazon Flipkart Healthkart Tata 1mg CRED and other relevant platforms.

Ensure accurate product titles descriptions images and specifications for maximum customer engagement.

Listing Optimization & SEO:

Optimize existing product listings to improve organic search rankings driving higher visibility and sales.

Implement effective keyword research strategies and regularly monitor keyword performance.

Marketplace Hygiene Check:

Conduct periodic listing hygiene checks (price accuracy inventory levels content quality images and offers).

Identify and report fake sellers ensuring compliance with marketplace rules and policies.

Price/Deals/Offers Updates:

Continuously monitor and update prices deals and special offers across all marketplaces.

Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure timely promotions and discounts are reflected.

A Content Creation:

Design and upload A Content for product pages to enhance customer experience and increase conversion rates.

Customer & Seller Support:

Handle customer queries across Amazon and Flipkart ensuring timely and professional responses.

Manage seller support queries by raising tickets and collaborating with the support teams to resolve operational issues (SPF shipment delays etc.).

Sales Reporting:

Maintain and update daily sales reports for all marketplaces tracking key performance metrics like sales volume returns and refunds.

Inventory Management:

Oversee inventory management including shipment booking on Amazon and Flipkart.

Regularly track overall inventory status including returns stock levels and inventory reconciliation.

Vendor Relationship Management:

Work closely with internal teams and thirdparty sellers to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.

Continuous Market Research:

Stay uptodate with marketplace trends competitors and industry best practices to identify areas of improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

13 years of handson experience in managing product listings and operations on ecommerce platforms (Amazon Flipkart etc.).

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in listing and sales dashboard tools on Amazon Flipkart and other ecommerce platforms.

Knowledge of SEO practices for product listings and A Content creation.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage customer queries and support interactions.

Attention to Detail:

Strong attention to detail for inventory tracking price adjustments and content quality assurance.

ProblemSolving:

Ability to handle operational issues such as shipment delays product mismanagement and returns.

Desired Traits:

Selfmotivated and able to work independently in a fastpaced environment.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
