Responsibilities for ITI Electrical Technician:
Customer Site Coordination: Coordinate timely technical visits at customer sites.
Issue Investigation & Resolution: Investigate and resolve equipment issues proactively.
Work Instruction Management: Create and update work instructions for troubleshooting.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers and field engineers.
Product Knowledge: Maintain product and technology knowledge.
Liaison Role: Act as liaison between field service and other departments to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications: Education: Master s degree in Environmental Policy, Sustainable Development, Public Policy, or related field. Experience: At least 6 months of experience in policy analysis and advocacy, focusing on sustainability or climate change. Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills; experience with international environmental frameworks and policy processes. Personal Attributes: Passionate about sustainability, collaborative, and able to work under pressure.
