Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION OF A QUANTITY SURVEYOR:Daily site work valuations with physical measurements of scope wise works donePreparation of contract documents including bills of quantities with the architect PM and/or the client.Undertaking cost analysis for repair and maintenance project workAssist in establishing a clients requirements and undertaking feasibility studies.Performing risk value management and cost control during construction.Providing advice on contractual claims and disputes.Tracking changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly.Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials time and labor costs.Preparing negotiating and analyzing costs for tenders and contracts.Coordination of work effort.Advising on a range of legal and contractual issues.Valuing completed work and providing request for paymentsSending Daily progress reports before leaving / closing from site.
Requirements
REQUIRED SKILLS
Experience : 1012 years in Construction companies
Benefits
Salary range 150 200k : Work time Monday to Saturday working : Location Lagos
