Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION OF A CIVIL ENGINEER:
Manage design develop create and maintain mediumscale through to largescale construction projects in a safe timely and sustainable mannerConduct onsite investigations and analyze data (maps reports tests drawings and others)Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specificationsAssess potential risks materials and costsProvide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficienciesHandle over the resulting structures and services for useMonitor progress and compile reports in project statusManage budgets & Oversee site construction activities with Contractors / Sub contractorsComply with guidelines and regulations including permits safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as requiredExcellent knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D or similarProficiency in site layout grading utility design erosion control regulatory approvals etc
Daily reporting with site progress pictures every 23 hours
Sending daily Progress report before leaving / closing from site
Requirements
REQUIRED SKILLS
Experience : 1012 years in Construction companies
Benefits
Salary range 150 200k : Work time Monday to Saturday working : Location Lagos
