Are You the Agile Maestro Were Seeking
As the Scrum Master at WestLink youll be more than a facilitator; youll be a dynamic leader directly contributing to project success. Your role involves motivating the team driving commitment and ensuring rapid delivery. This position requires you to roll up your sleeves work alongside the team and lead by example to tackle challenges headon.
What Youll Do:
Proactive Leadership: Stay ahead of project developments anticipate needs and drive the team towards timely deliveries.
Scrum Facilitation: Lead sprint planning daily standups sprint reviews and retrospectives to keep the team aligned.
HandsOn Involvement: Resolve issues and assist the team to maintain momentum and meet objectives.
Agile Coaching: Empower and mentor the team in agile practices promoting selforganization and continuous improvement.
Motivational Influence: Inspire commitment and energy within the team ensuring motivation through challenging periods.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Effectively communicate with stakeholders to manage expectations and align project deliverables with business goals.

Requirements
Are you the one were looking for Heres what it takes:
3 5 years experience as a Scrum Master
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification demonstrating my commitment to mastering Scrum practices.
Robust experience as a Scrum Master in techdriven projects Ive consistently shown handson leadership and a proactive approach.
Comprehensive understanding of agile methodologies coupled with exceptional skills in driving teams to deliver results even under tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and motivational skills enable me to manage effectively and inspire teams to perform at their best.
Excel in problemsolving with a proven track record of removing impediments efficiently ensuring smooth project execution.
Are you the one we're looking for? Here's what it takes: 3 - 5 years experience as a Scrum Master Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification, demonstrating my commitment to mastering Scrum practices.
