Pay Rate:$101000 $120000 Annually

Job Description:
We are seeking an experiencedManufacturing Engineerto join our team in Catoosa OK. This role focuses on the technical development testing and continuous improvement of manufacturing systems and methods to optimize safety quality and efficiency in production processes. The ideal candidate will bring significant expertise in industrial engineering and a track record of driving process innovation in manufacturing environments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process Development and Improvement:
- Oversee technical aspects of manufacturing systems including automation material handling equipment and tooling design.
- Drive improvements in processing equipment fixtures jigs and testing systems.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):
- Establish and maintain relevant SOPs to ensure safety quality and efficiency.
- Vendor Collaboration:
- Work with vendors to define product specifications purchase equipment or materials and evaluate products for compliance with standards.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration:
- Engage with management engineering and staff to align manufacturing capabilities with production schedules and operational goals.
- Statistical Analysis and Forecasting:
- Use statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing needs and evaluate potential improvements.
- Workflow Optimization:
- Analyze labor costs and plan workflows staffing and equipment placement to improve efficiency and address bottlenecks.
- Performance Metrics:
- Ensure efficiency and productivity metrics are accurate and drive ongoing improvement efforts.
- Capacity Planning:
- Assess capacity and resource requirements to meet customer demand effectively.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure manufacturing processes comply with government laws and regulations.
- Training and Documentation:
- Conduct training and create documentation for current and ideal practices. Perform postcompletion audits to ensure compliance with process improvements.
- 3D CAD Design:
- Utilize 3D CAD software to design tooling and fixtures from concept to commissioning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree inIndustrial Engineeringis required.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
Requirements:
- Regular and punctual attendance with the ability to work onsite.
- Ability to:
- Perform multiple tasks concurrently.
- Work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Collaborate with others and interchange responsibilities within the organization.
- Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to:
- Work cooperatively with others.
- Engage respectfully with the public customers vendors employees managers and executive management.
