Job Description
As a Creative and Marketing Designer you will craft compelling marketing materials for U.S. and Spanishspeaking audiences ensuring cultural relevance and brand consistency. Collaborating with diverse teams you ll transform ideas into impactful designs manage multiple client requests and meet deadlines. Your innovative contributions will support global mortgage solutions bridging creativity and purpose to make a lasting impact.
Shift: Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm EST Weekends Off
Work Setup: Remote/Work from Home
- Create translate and format marketing materials tailored for the Spanishspeaking team and market.
- Collaborate with U.S. and Spanishspeaking mortgage bankers to provide materials that support their efforts effectively.
- Understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Work with team members and clients to transform ideas into innovative tangible marketing materials.
- Develop creative concepts while maintaining brand consistency.
- Proactively gather marketing requirements from clients to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Manage and prioritize multiple client requests ensuring timely delivery of all projects.
- Translate and adapt marketing campaigns into Spanish refining content and design for cultural and linguistic alignment.
- Support the broader marketing team with additional design and creative initiatives as needed.
- Generate fresh engaging designs that align with client and business objectives.
