Job Description

Creative Services is about building customercentric experiences because happy end users create happy clients. This discipline houses researchers strategists designers artists and marketers who use data and strategic design to build and release practical services tools user interfaces and experiences across all platforms and channels. 

As a Senior UX Designer at Endava you will be at the forefront of creating innovative and impactful digital experiences. Your core responsibilities include driving the UX strategy for complex projects mentoring junior designers and ensuring the delivery of highquality user experiences that align with client objectives and user needs. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers researchers and stakeholders to bring usercentered designs to life. This role requires a deep understanding of UX best practices the ability to translate research insights into actionable design solutions and the capacity to manage and lead design phases for medium to largesized projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Research strategize and design user experiences for digital platforms.
  • Oversee and/or conduct quantitative and qualitative research UX design and usability testing to align with user needs and business objectives.
  • Present work to clients with a clear articulation of design rationale and user insights.
  • Conduct and analyze user research including user interviews surveys and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
  • Follow usercentered design principles and industry standards to craft meaningful experiences across various devices and platforms.
  • Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs.
  • Formulate design experiences that achieve the goals of both clients and endusers.
  • Collaborate with UX and Development partners to ensure the overall vision is achieved.
  • Lead junior designers and own the UX design phase of medium to largesized projects.

Qualifications :

  • 6  years of experience creating functional usable and beautiful applications (desktop and mobile).

Skills & Expertise:

  • Proficient in creating visually appealing usercentered designs for both desktop and mobile platforms.
  • Expert in UX design tools (Sketch Figma Adobe XD) and prototyping (InVision Marvel).
  • Strong knowledge of Design Pricniples
  • Advanced understanding of UX principles including usability accessibility and information architecture.

Experience:

  • Skilled in designing responsive interfaces ensuring consistency across devices.
  • Proven ability to create wireframes user flows personas and interactive prototypes.
  • Experienced in conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Capable of leading design reviews and providing constructive feedback.

  • Strong communication collaboration and time management skills.
  • Experience mentoring junior designers and working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to integrate design activities smoothly with development processes.
  • Uptodate with current design trends tools and technologies.
