Schedule:
- Total hours: 40 hours per week or 8 hours per day
- Monday Friday
- 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Brisbane QLD time (or 6:00 AM 3:00 PM Manila time)
- With 1 hour unpaid break in between

The client runs a company that provides first aid and CPR training courses to clients. Sells first aid supplies and medical equipment across Australia.
Job Overview:
Youll be the main point of contact for inbound customer inquiries. Youll also help to convert leads and upsell existing customers across their product and training catalog. This is an exciting startup environment where youll have room to expand your skills.
Responsibilities:
- Managing daytoday customer service through phone email and chat
- Booking and rescheduling training courses for clients
- Following up on new leads to convert to sales
- Learning our CRM and other internal systems
- Supporting administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal English skills
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Passion for customer service excellence
- Ability to multitask across systems and channels
- Diligent attention to detail with good time management
- Desire to learn and grow in a startup environment
- Experience managing a calendar
