Job Description

Are you an experienced Accounting Manager seeking a role that blends fullcycle accounting payroll administration and HR responsibilities We are a recruiting agency looking for a dedicated professional to join our client s team. In this position you will ensure accurate financial reporting maintain compliant HR practices and provide strategic support to help drive organizational success.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Accounting & Reporting

    • Oversee daytoday accounting operations in accordance with internal procedures and relevant regulations.

    • Prepare and manage monthend close processes ensuring timely and accurate financial statements for multiple entities.

    • Perform balance sheet account reconciliations to maintain reliable and precise accounting records.

  • Team Supervision

    • Lead and mentor accounting staff providing training and development opportunities.

    • Monitor team performance to ensure efficiency accuracy and compliance with company policies.

  • Payroll & HR Administration

    • Prepare and process payroll for all staff ensuring adherence to labor laws and internal guidelines.

    • Update and maintain the HR system including employee records benefit enrollments and timeoff tracking.

    • Support HR activities by following up with government entities and managing compliance with relevant statutory requirements.

  • Strategic Planning & Analysis

    • Produce management accounts budgets and cash flow forecasts to inform strategic decisionmaking.

    • Evaluate complex financial information to generate insightful reports and recommendations.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Accounting & HR Experience

    • 10 years of accounting experience including fullcycle bookkeeping and monthend close.

    • 3 years handling payroll and HRrelated responsibilities (compliance benefits administration employee onboarding etc.).

  • Technical Expertise

    • 2 years of experience preparing management accounts budgets and cash flow forecasts.

    • Proficiency in computerized accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks NetSuite or similar).

    • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables VLOOKUP data analysis).

  • Leadership & Communication

    • Proven track record of supervising staff with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to translate complex financial data into clear actionable insights for management.
