Job Description

Pour lun de nos clients dans lindustrie mini re et m tallurgique nous recherchons un professionnel pour un r le cl au sein de leur quipe de consolidation. Bas Montr al ce poste offre un environnement de travail dynamique favorisant la collaboration travers des quipes mondiales. Il sagit dun contrat de 6 mois avec la possibilit de passer un poste temps plein en fonction de la performance.

Ce qu il y a pour vous :
Salaire : 68$ 75$ par heure.
Salaire pour entreprise incorpor e : 80$ 88$ par heure.
Contrat de 6 mois avec le but de devenir permanent par la suite
Poste temps plein : 375 heures par semaine avec possibilit de temps suppl mentaire
Travail hybride : 3 jours par semaine au bureau de Montr al

Responsabilit s :
Participer la consolidation mensuelle des groupes de produits.
Former et guider les membres de l quipe pour atteindre des r sultats de qualit et dans les d lais.
D velopper et fournir des programmes de formation pour les quipes internes et offshore.
Examiner les tats financiers consolid s pour assurer la conformit avec les normes IFRS et les exigences des parties prenantes.
Pr parer les rapports financiers pour la direction.
Fournir des conseils sur la gestion financi re Hyperion (HFM) et des conseils comptables pour am liorer les performances.
Assurer la conformit avec la matrice de risque et de contr le (RACM) et soutenir les audits.
Stimuler les am liorations des processus laide doutils analytiques et num riques.
Collaborer avec des quipes sur plusieurs sites mondiaux.

Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour r ussir:
Dipl me de bachelier en comptabilit ou finance.
Certification CPA ou quivalente.
Plus de 8 ans dexp rience en consolidation au sein dune grande organisation multinationale et multidevises.
Connaissance de la gestion financi re Hyperion (HFM) et des normes IFRS.
Solides comp tences analytiques et de r solution de probl mes avec une capacit travailler sous pression et respecter des d lais serr s.
Excellentes comp tences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles et exp rience du travail dans des quipes diversifi es et mondiales.
Bilingue en anglais et fran ais pour une communication avec des quipes et parties prenantes internationales.
Une exp rience avec SAP est consid r e comme un atout.

What is in it for you: Our client is in the TOP 100 Employers in Canada Salary of 16$/h Contract for 4 months Weekday, daytime schedule Dynamic and professional environment Responsibilities: Provide the Business Units electronic images on a timely basis Open, prepare, and sort mail received for digital imaging and processing Analyze the content of the documents to identify what Business area/work type it belongs to Apply the appropriate tracking methodology for specific mail streams and processes Perform document scanning responsibilities on high-speed scanners Troubleshoot imaging issues directed from Business Unit processing areas Provide the appropriate level of QC and excellent quality customer service and acts as a liaison between Office Services and the Business Unit customers Maintain a consistent workflow by setting priorities and working within tight deadlines to meet all Service Level Agreements, which in turn directly impact the ability of all Business Units to process their work What you will need to succeed: Experience operating office equipment and ability to trouble shoot minor hardware and software issues Excellent customer service skills and communication skills (verbal and written) Strong organizational and time management skills for a high volume, deadline-driven environment Critical attention to detail and accuracy and ability to recognize a wide variety of documents Works well independently as well as in a team environment Ability to manage fluctuating volumes of work and to set short term priorities Proven knowledge of all BU doc types, and forms recognition
