Job Description
Role Overview: This is an SAP Test Lead position requiring experience of at least 57 years. The candidate will lead the testing phase of SAP implementation projects ensuring quality assurance and efficient defect management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead SAP testing phases including planning execution and defect management.
Collaborate with project managers technical consultants and stakeholders to align on testing objectives.
Develop test cases scripts and scenarios to validate SAP functionalities.
Manage and mentor the testing team ensuring adherence to best practices.
Analyze test results and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
Provide regular updates to project stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills:
Qualification required B. Tech/B.E./MBA/MCA/BBA/BCA.
Minimum 57 years of experience in SAP testing.
Proficiency in creating test plans and executing test scripts.
Solid understanding of SAP modules and integrations.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Experience with test management tools like HP ALM JIRA or similar.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
English proficiency is a must Japanese is a plus
