What We re Looking For:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy program.
- Experience working with adult and geriatric populations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills..

What You ll Be Doing:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments evaluations and planning of patient care services applying evidencebased practices (EBP) principles.
- Contribute to program development quality improvement and productivity enhancement in an interdisciplinary team environment.
- Provide instruction to patients families or nursing staff for followup care.
- Maintain equipment and work areas in a safe and clean condition.
- Adhere to the Company s Code of Business Conduct Corporate Compliance Agreement and applicable state/federal laws.
