Job Description

We are seeking a detailoriented and experienced Bookkeeper/Financial Advisor to manage our financial records ensure compliance with regulatory standards and provide strategic financial guidance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining the financial health of the organization and supporting decisionmaking processes.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records including income expenses and payroll.
  • Process invoices receipts and payments efficiently and accurately.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies promptly.
  • Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax preparation and filing.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends risks and opportunities.
  • Develop budgets and forecast financial performance to support strategic planning.
  • Provide advice on cost reduction revenue optimization and financial growth strategies.
  • Assist in evaluating investment opportunities and financial risks.
  • Collaborate with management to set financial goals and develop actionable plans.
  • Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines.
  • Maintain secure and organized financial documentation.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during audits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g. ACCA CPA ICAN) is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping accounting or financial advisory roles.
  • Proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks Sage or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and practices.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel.
