Job Description
As a Room Service Order Taker you will be responsible for taking guest orders for inroom dining accurately relaying them to the kitchen and ensuring timely delivery. You will also handle inquiries assist with menu recommendations and maintain a high level of service excellence to create a memorable guest experience.
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma
- Previous experience in a Food & Beverage/Restaurant role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Passion for teamwork
- Excellent guest service skills
